WHOLESALE POLICY

Who Qualifies for Wholesale

The Safari Cards PDX wholesale program is intended for legitimate businesses that intend to resell collectible trading cards or related products in their normal course of business. Qualifying businesses may include:

• Card shops and hobby stores
• Specialty retailers with an established collectible trading card section
• Sports memorabilia and collectibles businesses
• Online resellers with established sales operations
• Trading card show vendors and event operators
• Other businesses whose operations align with the collectible trading card industry

Wholesale eligibility is determined at the sole discretion of Safari Cards PDX. Not all inquiries will result in a wholesale relationship.

Wholesale Application Process

To be considered for wholesale purchasing with Safari Cards PDX, follow the steps below:

1. Initial Inquiry: Contact us at contact@pdxcardsafari.shop with the subject line "Wholesale Inquiry." Include your business name, business type, location, and a brief description of your business.
2. Provide Business Information: Upon request, provide business verification information, which may include your business registration, reseller documentation where applicable, and general information about your operations.
3. Review: Our team will review your inquiry and determine whether wholesale purchasing is appropriate for your business.
4. Discuss Terms: If your inquiry is approved, we will discuss pricing, minimum order requirements, product availability, and shipping terms on a case-by-case basis.
5. Place Wholesale Orders: Once terms are agreed upon, you may begin placing wholesale orders following the process communicated by our team.

Minimum Order Quantities and Pricing

Minimum order quantities (MOQs) and wholesale pricing are determined on a case-by-case basis. Factors that may influence pricing and MOQs include:

• The type of collectible trading card product being ordered (e.g., sealed hobby boxes, blaster boxes, singles, sealed cases)
• The category of cards (basketball, baseball, football, soccer, Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, Panini, Topps, or other categories)
• Availability and allocation from manufacturers or suppliers
• Order frequency and volume
• The nature and stability of the wholesale relationship

Product Availability and Allocation

Many collectible trading card products, particularly hobby boxes and premium sealed products, are subject to manufacturer allocation. This means:

• Available quantities may be limited and can vary based on manufacturer supply.
• Requested products may not always be available in wholesale quantities.
• Pre-orders for upcoming releases may be subject to caps or allocations from suppliers.
• Popular and high-demand products may sell out quickly and cannot always be guaranteed.
• Product release dates and availability are set by manufacturers and are subject to change.

Safari Cards PDX makes reasonable efforts to fulfill wholesale requests but does not guarantee availability of any specific product at any specific time.

Payment Terms

Wholesale payment terms are established as part of the wholesale agreement. In general:

• Payment is typically required in advance of shipment unless other arrangements are agreed upon in writing.
• Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of ordering.
• All prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD).
• Applicable taxes may apply based on your business location and applicable tax laws. Resellers with valid resale documentation may be exempt from certain sales taxes where applicable.

Shipping for Wholesale Orders

Wholesale shipping arrangements are determined based on order size, destination, and product type. Larger wholesale shipments may require freight or specialized shipping arrangements at additional cost. Shipping timelines for wholesale orders may differ from standard retail orders and will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

Wholesale customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses and receiving instructions. Additional handling requirements should be communicated at the time of ordering.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Shipments

If a wholesale shipment arrives damaged, defective, or contains incorrect items, please contact us immediately at contact@pdxcardsafari.shop with:

• Your wholesale order number
• A detailed description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect items and their packaging

Wholesale claims should be reported promptly upon receipt. Safari Cards PDX will work with you to resolve issues through replacement, credit, or refund, depending on the specific circumstances.

Returns for Wholesale Orders

Return policies for wholesale orders may differ from our standard retail Refund & Returns Policy. Wholesale return terms will be established as part of your wholesale agreement. In general:

• Wholesale orders are generally considered final sale, except in cases of damage, defect, or incorrect fulfillment.
• Specific return terms will be discussed and agreed upon on a case-by-case basis.

Business Verification

To maintain the integrity of our wholesale program, Safari Cards PDX may request business verification documentation, including but not limited to:

• Business registration or licensing documentation
• Reseller or sales tax exemption documentation where applicable
• Business website, physical location, or other operational information
• References or additional business information as needed

Failure to provide requested verification information may result in the denial or suspension of wholesale privileges.

Resale Expectations

Wholesale customers are expected to resell purchased products in a legitimate business capacity. Safari Cards PDX reserves the right to decline or discontinue wholesale relationships if we believe:

• Products are being resold in a manner inconsistent with legitimate business practices.
• Products are being resold to compete unfairly with Safari Cards PDX in the direct-to-consumer market.
• The wholesale customer has engaged in fraudulent or improper conduct.
• Third-party trademark, intellectual property, or resale requirements are being violated.

Cancellation of Wholesale Orders

Wholesale order cancellation policies will be established as part of your wholesale agreement. In general, wholesale orders that have already entered fulfillment or shipping may not be eligible for cancellation. Please review specific terms with our team before placing wholesale orders.

Termination of Wholesale Relationship

Safari Cards PDX reserves the right to terminate any wholesale relationship at our discretion, with or without notice, if we believe the relationship is not in the best interest of our business or if the wholesale customer has violated any terms of the wholesale agreement.

Changes to Wholesale Policy

Safari Cards PDX reserves the right to modify this Wholesale Policy at any time. Existing wholesale customers will be informed of material changes to the extent they affect ongoing wholesale relationships.
